Renew Membership 2025

The 2025 membership renewal window is now open. Club membership runs from January 1st through to December 31st. If you have become a member or renewed your membership since 1st October 2024 then your membership will roll over into 2025 and no action is required. Life members may also ignore this notice.

Membership fees for 2025 are as follows:

• Individual membership £15 + £1 British Cycling admin fee

• Family membership £25 + £1 British Cycling admin fee. We ask that family membership is only taken out for family members residing at the same address. Please ensure that details of all family members that are renewing are entered.

We are using British Cycling again this year to manage our club membership, to clarify, being a member of Belper Bicycle Club does not mean you need to become a member of British Cycling. If you have any queries about renewal, including logging into British Cycling, please get in touch.

The club's membership terms and conditions have changed slightly this year and the new terms and conditions are listed below:

• The information you provide is solely for the use of Belper Bicycle Club and will never be passed to any third parties.

• The contact details you provide including email and telephone number will only be used to send you important information in relation to the club, member welfare, or in event of contingency cascades.

• Members must use their full name when communicating with the club or on the club’s social media platforms. Aliases, nicknames, or pseudonyms are not allowed. If you fail to follow this rule, your access to these platforms may be denied or removed. However, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and resolve any issues before taking further action.
