Straight or Drop handlebars
No Tri Bars, Clip on bars or Spinacci Bars
No Disc Wheels
Front and Rear Wheels must have at least 12 spokes each
Maximum wheel depth of 90mm
Aero skinsuits/Helmets/Sock are allowed
Sign on at fisherman's rest 6-6:30pm
First rider at 7:01
£5 per rider
Free chips back at the pub after!
