7 riders on another dull damp morning with a hilly route to Wetton Tea Rooms. The group kept together with just a few short waits on hills. The tea rooms didn't disappoint with flowing coffee and the usual China crockery.
Leaving the warm building we all felt very cold and had to wait a while for the next hill after Hartington. A route diversion to avoid the bad roads around Elton and we were soon on the A6 at Cromford with the weekly cycle train back to Belper with Joe doing most of the work on the front. Everyone enjoyed the ride, and we welcomed Steve and Wayne on their first Saturday outing.
