Hi all - I can't make the Saturday ride again this week so am going out Sunday to do the Quackers cafe route. Will be leaving the Triangle at 9.00am. We had a fab turn out last week - all welcome 🚴♂️👍🌞

Andy, what sort of pace are you planning. I’ve only just started cycling again after 6 months out with injury, plus I’ll be on a gravel bike so I’m not the fastest in the world. On that route I suspect I’d average 22-24km/h
