Weekend Away Booking Details Bridlington 22nd - 25th Sept

Hi All

Based on feedback I have provisionally reserved the following Accommodation;

I ended up with the Deluxe vans as they had more of those together!

V10, V11, V12, V13, V14 and V15 all Deluxe vans priced at £340 each

1 x Camping Electric Large Pitch CL09 and

Gravel Electric Pitches TS032, TSO33, TS041 and TS042.

Deposit's are £50 for each van and £10 for each tent and gravel pitch. They will also need the details of each individual for the bookings.

Be sure to mention you are with Belper Bicycle Club to get the discount.

Office hours 8.30am to 5pm every day.

Deposits need to paid before he end of the month for those pitches we have reserved.

You will still be able to book after this date but you won't get the same discount and you might not be near the rest of us.

I'll be contacting those who expressed a wish to share individually to make arrangements.

Likewise if you have a spare bedroom in your Deluxe van let me know and I'll hook you up with a lodger.

I should be out on the Tuesday social this week if anyone wants to speak to me about this.
